Report error in the App

If any error occurs, we suggest that you make sure that your App and the operating system of your mobile phone are up-to-date, since we are constantly evolving our Apps in order to make your experience with ElParking as good as possible. You can also use “Log Out” and log in again. If it is an error connected with opening the gate, try to turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone or restart your phone.  If the problem persists, please contact us at so that we may help you.
