If you do not have another device you can use to log into your ElParking account and you want to gain access to a car park for which you have a valid reservation or pass, you should contact the control cabin of the car park so that they can hep you to enter the facilities.
In the case of regulated parking, if you cannot use the app, you should use another payment method to obtain the ticket at the parking meter.
