I was fined because my ticket had expired. Can I cancel the report using the app?

Yes, you can cancel the fine within the established amount of time. You can do so directly from the message you will find on your mobile phone or within the section “Fines” which you will find when you open the menu in the app. If no notification has reached the app, you can also cancel it by entering the number you will find in the physical ticket that the controller leaves on your vehicle.
