I want to eliminate my account

To delete your ElParking account and all your data linked to it, write to [e-mail] and we will manage the cancellation.  

It is necessary to make it effective that you write to us from the email address of the owner of the ElParking account, so we can verify your identity. 

To speed up this procedure: 

• Write "Delete account" in the subject of the email. 
  In the body of the email indicate your name and surname. 
• If you have credit in your account, we will refund the amount to the card you used to top up your account. If that card is not currently active, please also indicate your bank account number to make the deposit.
